Summoner/Cleave build questions

So I wanted to do a build utilising cleave with minion support and tempest shield to add stacks of shock from that and my attacks for my minions and cleave do to further damage while I can be in there fighting with them.

Here is the build


Am I trying too hard to spec into too many things? Like, if I wanted to be a summoner should I just go with one of the summoner builds or vice versa a tanky dps build with cleave/TS?

EDIT: Originally wanted Cyclone but upon further testing it appears Cleave is much more viable for this build..
