Rotgut Consuming Minimum Frenzy Charges

When I have more than zero minimum frenzy charges and have minimum frenzy charge, and use Rotgut I gain the onslaught buff as if frenzy charges were consumed.

Ah, that is a really specific wording that I didn't quite parse correctly the first couple read throughs of that item. It doesn't in fact consume (remove) the minimum frenzy charge and I was just using it as shorthand for the fact that I was gaining onslaught when I thought I shouldn't be. My bad, thanks for the response.
