I am a new player and would love some help or currencies to help me on the way

You can buy an Essence Worm in trade. Go to the Trade Market, select Modify Search Term then scroll down until you come to Rings. You can the search for a Essence Worm ring. Make an offer and buy the ring. I hope this helps.
