hello i have a question that i need help with maybe someone would be nice to help me with. im at level 88 never pushed my charecter this far do to work but now i have more time to play and i want to push it little bit more but i curency to get better gear. so i want to run arsenal tier 9 so i have cleared all tears 1 thru 9 all tears above 9 are locked. so if i remove all tear 8 and with out shaping or eldering tier 7 will i be able to subtain arsenal.

you dont have to remove tier 8 if you want to sustain tier9.
you DO want to finish tier 11-15 though. just leave tier 9 and 10 uncompleted, so that all of those will drop as arsenal. | |

thank you but im think im stuck at level 88 cant push anymore dont have the right gear ive tried tiers 11 and i get one shot so i think im done with this league. but thank you for your help
