I don't think that there is any firewall in my ISP device, at least not that I can find.

Would it help if I told you that I play on the same ISP as my brother, who has no problems at all playing the game.

Also: The legaue before Legion I downloaded the game on a new ssd, and had no problems playing. But then the crashes, disconnects and freezes started this league.

Well since your brother can play without probelms (he is also in Legion?), then it's properly something with your pc.
Your GFX is getting a bit old so what CPU / GFX and SSD is your brother using?

Yes he is also playing in Legion.
We actually have the exact same computer specs, we build them at the same time.

The only difference is that he has PoE installed on another SSD than me.
I have KINGSTON SA400S37480G
and KINGSTON SV300S37A240G

He also has the one with 240Gb space and is running PoE his of that type.
I am since 3 months back running PoE on the other one, with 480Gb, because I needed more space.

I just have a hard time seeing how that could be the problem.
But that is the only difference.
I am running other steam games on my 240Gb ssd, might there be some files that
are causing problems from the 240Gb drive, even though I reinstalled PoE on the 480Gb drive?

We are both running Windows 10 and Avast antivirus as well.

My brother is using the same CPU / GFX as me but the KINGSTON SV300S37A240G SSD.

I encounter several issues in most aspects of the game. It occurs seemingly randomly when I:
Load into a zone, fight monsters, do things in towns, do things in my hideout or do things in parties.

The problems that occur are:
Freezing for like 20 sec and then getting back to "normal"
Freezing and then disconecting me to the login screen
Crashing the game so I en up at my desktop

I can't seem to find a pattern, and don't know what to do.
Any suggestions?
