Dear GGG please help me play on the default browser with my steam-characters

Hi GGG!

I am experiencing constant crashes/freezes/really long loading screens.
I am running on an ssd and my computer has hardware good enough for the game.

I have tried several fixes for my issues:
Re-installing
Deleting all PoE files and Re-installing
Changing about every video and performance related setting ingame.

What I have experienced:
The problems might first occur after the first time I run the game since re-installation. Might it have something to do with the save files?

Anyways, I would really like to just be able to play the game, so is there a way I can play with my steam-characters on your default client? I assume this would help me with the crashes/freezes and so on.
I also want to be able to play them on steam again for the next league tough.

Please provide WinMTR report(s) and DXDiag report using pastebin URL.
Im not too good at that kind of stuff, but can try.
What am I supposed to write in "Host" window in WinMTR?
I think I can do a DCDiag report by following this sites instructions:

So, I think I did what I was supposed to.
I used the name "lon.login.pathofexile.com" as Host-name in WinMTR.

there is something wrong with either your pc, your ISP device or your ISP network since your WinMTR report doesn't contain any data.

I actually seem to have been using the wrong version of WinMTR.
The one I used previously was from: https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/
It was version 0.8

Now I tried the one in the guide you linked, version 092, I chose the program in the folder WinMTR_x64.
This time I got a lot more data.

both of your reports looks pretty nice.

Can you check if there is any kinf of firewall (UPnP) feuture in your ISP device and if yes, then disable it and try again.

We also need your DXDiag report.
