Picking up item with inventory open, can't drop

Hi,
I picked up an item with my inventory open but now I can't drop the item. I can swap the item for another in my inventory but I then can't drop that item. I can't move. I can cast spells. https://imgur.com/a/T6z2N8i Ended up getting booted out of the game to the log in screen, when I logged back in, I was still holding the item. " Thanks for your report, this occurs when there's too many items on the ground and no more items can be dropped. You will need to walk somewhere else to drop the item. If you're having trouble moving, try setting one of your Keybinds to "Move Only" as this can be used to move while an item is on your cursor. | |

Meanwhile, the 10 mobs around you kill you while you're panicking.
Instead use a command /destroy and it'll get rid of the item in your hand. SSF, because Path of Trade RMTers and bots suck.
