In the case of Tailwind, the increase to attack/cast/move speed will NOT be reflected in your toolip dps.
You can go to your Character Panel and check the Misc tab for "Action Speed" as that's what you're gaining from Tailwind.

In the case of the infinite AoF, we can look into this.
