Affix stat filters not interacting with crafted mods properly

The new affix stat filters - # Prefix Modifiers, # Suffix Modifiers, # Empty Prefix Modifiers, # Empty Suffix Modifiers - are currently counting crafted mods. This is not how the old affix function worked, and it makes finding items with certain combinations of stats nearly impossible.

The old way has the same values as the new way, which includes crafted mods on the item.
