PS4 crashes

I know, an other thread about crashes.

But i would like to share my own experience.

I’m currently act 7 and i crashed only 1 time when fighting a legion but i have crashed multiple time during loading.
It’s hard to tell how to reproduce but sometimes, when creating a new instance, it’s load fine.

It’s like the most of the time, there is something in the instance that crash the game.

Hard for all players to define how to reproduce load crash bug. I think just randomly load intances like the game does should be enough to find the root cause.

Patch 3.7.2 installed and... nothing change.
Still randomly crashing during loading.
