I Already Upgrade Supporter Pack (USD 45) but i didnt received the items on 17 June 2019
On My CC Bank alrready success and my Limit also taken.. I already Sent Mail Report to support@grindinggear.com on 16 June 2019 and i reminder to that email on 18 June 2019 and still today there no response from the CS Really dispointed from this slow response Last bumped on Jun 19, 2019, 7:48:52 PM

do not email them again unless you wish to be put at the END of the line.

It is as bvanharjr said. You literally prolonged your wait time with that reminder... unfortunately you need to be patient. They are going through a backlog of over 1700 mails after all.
