Chain Hook error

Hi.
What kind of weapon or combination of weapons have you used?

Please remember that to use Chain Hook both of your weapons have to be supported by the skill. If you hold a mace in one hand and a dagger in another you will not be able to use the skill.

Another possible explanation is Close Combat support.
As the gem states: Supported skill can only be used with Axes and Swords.
