My flame dash casts twice every so often ?? on xbox one x

Cool, I thought my controller was on its way out. also, its not just dash, I've had this double casting on freezing pulse and contagion also

The same happens to me, sometimes the flame dash does animation twice and I only pressed once

It happens to me too, about every other time I cast anything (that doesn’t have a cooldown). The bug has to be part of the legion patch because I haven’t noticed it before. I’ve seen it on contagion and flame dash so far and it seems to only occur in combat or at least when many things happens at once. When testing it outside of combat, still in a map, it seems to work fine and hasn’t occurred once.
