Resistences not showing

Hi, In my previous log in i had my resisntaces in average state. Today i log in and i see difrent values and they dont eaven make sence, my screenshot is with a hat of 11% resisntace, and in defence tab i got (-4%), that doesnt make sence. i tought probably a bug so im reporting, please fix. Thank you.

nothing to be fixed. during your progress through 10 acts you receive -30 all res penalty, two times. The message on your screen appears when this happens

Did you perhaps finish Act5?

This is after the penaltys and the resistences where difrent yesterday, i didnt make more acts, im still farming in the same

use an image hosting site like imgur.com

As the others have said, your Resistances are set to a default of -30% at the end of Act 5, and a default of -60% at the end of Act 10. If you have less than 30% (and later 60%) Lightning Resistance, your Lighting Resistance will be negative. This is true of Fire, Cold, and Lightning Resistances.
I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...
