Spent points during free mystery box sale, didn't receive box

Hello,

I spent 15 points on an upgrade to premium stash tab in the microtransaction shop a few minutes ago and looked in my microtransaction stash for the box, but it did not appear. The forum announcement said that "The sale runs all weekend and ends at Apr 16, 2019 4:00 AM (this is displayed in your local time)". However, it was still April 15 and well before the displayed end time for the offer when I spent points. I would really appreciate it if support would be able to send me the fire and ice mystery box as it was advertised in the announcement.
