All the stash tabs are on sale except for the unique collection stash tab. Did I miss any info about as to why this is the only one not being on sale?

It was always the case. When they relalesed map stash tab it wasnt on sale for over a month. Its like this with every new item in shop.

Next Stash Tab sale I will imagine also the Unique Tab will also be on sale. If not that, at least the one next after that one.

You really don't want the Unique Showcase Tab. You can't link items in it to the forums. A tab designed to show off your collection should allow you to show it off.
