Notification timing is halted / paused until you press start.

After grabbing a crafting recipe, all notifications are suspended. I can stack up several notifications, stand still for 5 mins doing nothing, then hit start and be bombarded by them. Will try and get a clip uploaded.

Edited - found the cause to be recipes.
