Crash to desktop with no error message

As of the new league, I am getting moderately frequent (5-10 times a day) crashes to desktop from the standalone pc client. It is always when something is happening on screen (during a map, usually) and appears to be more frequent during high density maps or areas.

The game pauses for a second, then disappears entirely, without any form of crash or error message.

In event viewer, each time is the same:

Timestamps are different each time obviously, as are report IDs, but otherwise identical errors, including fault offset.

Given the exception code, do I just assume that it is a problem somehow with my ram? What else can I do to fix it?

Same problem for me.

At this moment, I can Waypoint to many places. But if I waypoint to Act 10 Ravaged Square, crashes immediately. Reproduced problem about 8 times now.
I get CTD without error msg when i hit large packs of Abyss mobs with Divine Ire ( + Herlad of Ash and Shaper Mace Fire explosions) . Its only reproduceable on Abyss spawns. I lost the last 5 Abyss in a row to this , also had it happen once one a packed Shrine inside the Memory Nexus, but other big packs are fine. Nothing comparable to this has ever happened before this league.
Just started having this issue as well, it's happening far more often for me when i hit yellow abyss style mobs like the bone scorpion dudes (no abyss in the map), or when i open an abyss itself.

playing discharge, predictive mode, if that makes any difference to anybody.
same by me :/

Hey guys, I'm playing inpulsa storm brand and I have the same exact problem... It seems to only happens with abyss monsters AND on predictive mode. I've tried on lockstep and I don't crash but playing inpulsa on lockstep is a no go for me.

Sometimes it's so bad as soon as I see the abyss crack, I immediatly crash to desktop...

Not too sure what's happening here but here's my error also (event viewer) if it can help:

I have a huge number of crashes this league. They all happen when I cast Divine Ire on a pack of mobs.

Here's an example of one of the error in the windows event log :

It's "Exception code: 0xc0000005" every time.

I'm using Herald of Ash and Herald of Ice. I'm in predictive mode.

I've tried packcheck.exe (no problem dectected) and disabling engine multithreading to no avail.

I think I will just stop playing, tired of losing so much xp due to these crashes.
Having the same crashing issue, I didn't notice any crashes before the 3.6.1 patch. Running a bane build and the crashing seams to happen when profane bloom procs on large packs

Running an explody mace, HoA + HoI. I took off HoI and HoA leaving just the explody mace and it took a lot longer to crash, but it did eventually. Same thing by the way, crash to desktop when I kill large packs. Playing on predictive.
I get a similar crash, but mine seems to happen most of the time when hitting a bloodline pack.
