Your capture shows around 1% packet loss introduced at your ISP's router. Additionally there are latency spikes from your computer to your router of up to 281ms. The latency spikes are severe enough to bring your average ping to your router up to 7ms, which is quite high. I would recommend seeing if you can improve your connection to your router (e.g. connect directly with ethernet, or reposition stuff) and then running the capture again to see if there is any improvement.
stil got the unstable connectivity Issue. Log in start a map or whatever you like and i get constantly repositioned. Here my Winmtr.

Do you have the bad performance in every map you join? Some of the data is missing, but that's probably not you doing anything wrong. It looks like there is some packet loss to servers we have hosted with IBM, but not others.

It looks like you're getting some serious latency spikes (of over 1000ms) to your router. If you are connected by WiFi, I would recommend connecting directly with ethernet to see if that helps. If not, you might want to try power-cycling your router.

Can you run a WinMTR capture to fra-mp.ts.pathofexile.com when you're experiencing the issue? I don't see any issues in your initial capture, so your problem might be isolated to our other provider.
the last two days (especially today) are "complete" unplayable with these lag spikes (Frakfurt EU realm / 1&1 Provider)

I don't see any server issues. Post was un-stickied because the root cause of the problem that spawned this thread was resolved. Issues now may have similar symptoms but weren't caused by the same fault.
Latency spikes seem to be introduced between your router and your ISP's first router (enough to bump up the average 5ms with spikes up to 105ms). You will need to send through this info through to them to troubleshoot.
At round about 6 PM it is getting worse on european servers. 1200 MS lagspikes every few seconds. Gateway dosnt matter. Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Milan, same lagspikes everywhere. When you play in the morning everything is OK. No Lags, smooth Gameplay. There must be a Problem with the Servers.
If you're experiencing latency spikes to all gateways you try, the source of the spikes is likely to be early in the networking route before it diverges to each region. This is likely going to be caused by over-subscription during peak times of some network link that your ISP uses as an upstream before it hits our servers.
Does it matter if it isnt the same fault? For me as a player/customer nothing changed.
There was no post that this got resolved - if there would have been one then there would have been feedback that it is not resolved at all.
It never got better since the start of synthesis. I as a costumer have the same symptoms since the launch of Synthesis and its pretty obvious that i am not the only one that experience this.
For me these latency spikes are related to the EU servers (frankfurt and London at least - we cant switch gateways on XBOX). Moscow works fine on the same Internet connection.
Its pretty obvious there is something wrong with the connection to the EU Server. What causes this - i dont care. All i know Moscow is fine and all other games i play online are fine too.
PC, XBOX and PS4 experience all the same symptoms.

A Friend that stopped playing because of these latency spikes cause he could not get on the Moscow Realm and was locked to London/Frankfurt is on Unity Media (a cable network provider so a completely different network than Deutsche Telekom)
Another Friend is on 1&1 and stopped playing too because of the lagspikes.
So for me this is not resolved at all the symptoms are the same.
XBOX realm selection is coming in a patch this morning - hopefully this will help out.
Unfortunately we don't have the ability to eliminate all connectivity problems from the internet forever. It's helpful to have different posts for different problems. Creating massive megathreads only serves to cut down on useful troubleshooting information. Players with potentially unrelated problems will attribute issues to some 'ubiquitous' issue where the fix for them might be simple.

Can you help me with my problem, please? As I wrote earlier in this thread, I have latency spikes in some instances on evenings, gateway: Moscow. I don't see any problems in different winmrt tests besides packet loss on " ae5.cbs01.xn01.fra01.networklayer.com" (fra.ts.pathofexile.com). Is this fault of my ISP? I also tried multiple winmrt tests on specific IP adresses instances with lags from client.txt and neither of this tests has packet loss or high ping on any hop.
