Chaos Inoculation (even more) useless for rich players with new unique chest?

Yeah, running Invalesco's RF build (minus hp nodes) with this chest and Pain Atunement/all auras is probably about to become one of the strongest builds in the game. The only problem you would have would be stuns and status effects. Eye of Chayula and Dream Fragments would both be pretty much mandatory. Possibly Hrimnors helm instead of the ring, but then you couldn't use fairgraves helm for the shock immunity.
Still, this build would put out so much DPS, basically for free. ign: weaklygdlk

I simply respeced CI to PA and took RF in my Gear just to see how much Damage this two things give and the result is my listed DPS of Freezing Pulse is around 3 Times Higher than before that! This Chest is more than OP xD
