Why do I keep having random Crashes (with mini map resets)? (Solved)

I keep getting random crashes and when I go back into the zone that crashes the mini-map and map over-lay are reset. It has crashed 2 times at the very end of Uber Lab just before the boss fight this week. Please help, where do I start to stop these random crashes, been happening all this league.

Another Crash in Uber Lab, what am I suppose to do, how do I fix these crashes? I am loosing time and currency and am starting to get irradiated. There is no way to get back into lab when it crashes and I lost my offering again.

Another Crash and an Uber Lab offering... Why am I crashing? I need the lab enchant and am loosing offerings and play time from these random crashes. PLEASE HELP

Another crash, this time in a level 12 map. I go back in the map and my mini map overlay is reset.

I'll get that list posted this weekend. In the mean time, I just transferred the "My Documents" folder back onto my SSD C Drive (moved it last year when I got the new drive). It really suck that I have to have active game files running on my PDF/Office file folder. Is there a way to change the My Games file location? I really don't want the My Documents on my SSD drive, I would like to keep my work documents on a HDD. Maybe this will help the crashing, I have a feeling it has something to do with map loading.

Yes. You can change to target folder/location of My Documents. My Music etc. Google "how to change the my documents location windows 10"
I, for example, changed "My Music" folder target to a mechanical drive (D:). |

I already move all my library files (My Doc, My Music, etc.) to an HDD 2 years ago when I got my first SSD. My problem it that I don't know how to remap GGG "My Games" Folder that they create in the "My Documents" folder. I would like to keep the PoE Game files on my SSD and the "My Documents" folder (Books, PDFs, Scanned Doc, etc...) on my HDD storage drive.

That is GGG installer (eg Steam, does not let you pick where to put these files other that C: My Documents/My Games/Path of Exile/). Not Windows.

So now that the My Documents folder is back on my SSD drive (C:) and not on my HDD drive (L:), my game has not crashed at all. I want my PoE game files on my SSD, but I don't want the My Documents folder on my SSD.
If there is no way to change this, I have to stop playing PoE to protect my computer. |
