This is the new best claw available for crit HOWA/int stacking attack builds. Provides about 35-40% more damage compared to my old almost perfect roll attack speed corruption HOWA (with the cost of losing some es from 12% int mod). The 'Hits can't be evaded' roll also allows you to replace Shaper's Touch with a high energy shield rare gloves. Its 2.21 base attack speed is quicker than a Brightbeak and makes you whirl around super fast.
