It's been like 2-3 weeks since I got the Empyrean pack and I haven't received any word about the shirt and hoodie. I sent an email to support but I haven't heard anything from them. I'm okay with waiting for the shirt and jacket if I had a tracking number or any information on it.

It can take months, even half a year before you recieve them, and you dont get a tracker number or any other information.

No, but I also never asked. I just let it happen. I've recieved everything I ordered, it just took a long time. (1 hoodie and like 6 tshirts, atlas, comic book, some other minor things)

Do the shirts and hoodies normally get shipped separately? I got my shirt today and a confirmation email but no jacket.

Not sure, but same thing here.
Shirt came with a tracking email a few days ago etc.
However, no hoodie nor info about it.
Can any GGG support confirm that hoodies ship later/separately or should we be opening a support email/ticket about this?

i find this soo ridiculous im waiting like half a year now for a hoodie.. wont be spending a penny till i get my stuff support dosnt give any reasonable answers either..
