Azurite Mine Issue

I goofed and am now stuck as I need to find additional azurite so that I can buy the dynamite to fulfill that particular quest. I accidentally took the flares instead. Since doing this I've not been able to move forward. How do I resolve this problem?

Find more Sulphite then find more Azurite.

You can do the quest later, just continue to explore your Azurite Mine. If you can't do next node then you probably need Sulphite. Continue playing, you'll find plenty of Niko's quests with Sulphite in the future.
