Craft or sell advice - shaped necklace

Hey folks,
I want to preface this by saying that I have never use Exalted orbs for crafting, therefore, this challenge league and overhaul of bench crafting opened new opportunities for me.

I have looted decent shaped necklace and I felt for some gambling, which worked for me as I happened to annul mana on kill, which was the 4th stat. Now I'm left with this:

I currently do not have any character that could use this necklace and I'm very happy with my Cold Dot Occultist at the moment.

So, my questions are:

Should I sell this as-is or craft it and sell it after?

I assume using multi-mod would allow me to add max life and another resistance to the necklace.

Should I try to Divine it before crafting or after I craft it?

When I place multi-mod on it, can I try to craft life or resistance on it repeatedly to get better results or it screws with multi-mod?

Craft +life so that it actually shows up in more people's searches.

Don't multimod.

The buyer will have a better idea of what he wants (probably not a resist, but some damage / AoE).

Edit: you cannot replace rolls after multi mod without paying multi mod again.

Peter is right I would also add life and sell it.
Let an expensive crafting for buyer (blocking prefixes, multimod and such).
