No informationi about the package with physical items.

Hi all,

I have bought a supporter pack that contained physical items a month ago and still didn't get the package or a tracking number. Even support went silent after asking some verification questions.

I wanted to ask you what was your experience with buying supporter packs that contained physical items? How long did they need to arrive (Europe)? Am I supposed to get a tracking number?

It usually takes a few months or more for the package to arrive at my home in northern europe.
