Might of the Meek bugs allocated duration nodes within radius

When allocating might of the meek into the gem slots around the Scion life wheel, might of the meek seems to disable the increased duration nodes within their radius as the duration of my winter orb decreases from a Max of 10 seconds to 7 seconds even though it shows that they are increasing the effectiveness of the allocated nodes. All other allocated nodes seem to function as intended. Please look into this! Thank you!

So I guess GGG doesn't care at all about Xbox then? Because it's BS that I have to sacrifice 3 seconds of winter orb duration to run two of these around the Scion life wheel...

Would you be able to provide me with your gamertag?

Might of the Meek makes it so notable passive skills in the radius grant nothing, my guess would be that you have "Potency of Will", or "Exceptional Performance" allocated, which then grants nothing if the jewel is within their radius. Please correct me if this is wrong so I can take a closer look at your characters setup.
