Skill Effects w/totem.

I`ve bought Skill effects for glacial cascade and for support totem, and both of them have problems, the first one doesn`t seens to trigger with the totem and the second one doesn`t apply to the gem effect that my character have from Soul Mantle, I know that adding this feature to the game would be asking too much for now, but at least, could I have a refund for those?
