Confusion on how to obtain extra points from purchase of supporter packs.

I reached out to grinding gear via email and asked about the extra points instead of the t shirt and hoodie for the crucible supporter pack about 12 days ago. I haven't received a reply directing me on how to get my extra points. Can anyone in this forum thread tell me what I need to do to get my extra points instead of the physical merchandise? I appreciate anyone that has information that could help me with this situation.Thanks everyone for your help!
