Not receiveing ascendancy points.

Completeing labs is not rewarding ascendancy points on my toons. Not sure why. I have reinstalled the game, but this did not help. I think my game may be bugged. The two labs that won't reward points are the first lab and merciless lab. Any ideas, anyone?

After you hit the plaque you still need to assign them. Pull up your skill tree and push RS. You should see how many Asc points you have left at the top and be able to assign.

I have several have level toons, I know how to apply the points when things are working normally. After clearing the lab that the quest states on a respective too I am not getting the points. Upon beating the boss and going to the treasure room, I can go to the passive tree and have no points to assign, even on a band new character. Rolled storm brand ele, beat first lab. Opened chest, enchanted gloves, clicked on shrine. Open passive tree, and bang, no points. Switched to my gladator, beat merciless lab for the first time, bang, no points. I am truly lost.
