Xbox 1x crash turns off console.

Title says it. Open a map click portsl game machine guns out but instead of being home screened the console shuts off. The controller will then not turn it back on. Its a 36 hour old xbox 1x. You guys clearly need to get some help on the console side of things. Its one thing to break your own gsme but plz save our consoles.
