[HELP] How to improve my Storm Brand elementalist DPS.

Hello,

I'd like some advice on how to improve the damage on my build.
I'm currently at level 93,

My stats:
6400 Life
2700 (1500 unreserved Mana)
950 ES with EB

My AVG damge with SB is 3k which is pretty low... I'm starting T14 maps and boss are being a pain in the ass right now even with spire trap... I'm kinda lost right now, I really don't have a clue on what I could do to make this a little bit stronger.
