Need some help with build (Winter orb CWC Ice Storm)

Core idea is to stack int and get benefit from Whispering Ice and get ES bonus from int to go CI.
Will it work well? Any suggestions how to make it work better (mb fire conversion? go crit? smth else?)? Which flasks should i use?
Yeah, i know gear isn't reallistic.
