Locomancer Achievement 91/93?

So I'm finally getting around to grabbing locomancer. I've hit every waypoint in the story, oriath, and the Templar laboratory. I've clicked on the waypoints in the menagerie, the mine encampment, and the aspirant's plaza, and my hideout. I've gone down the list of waypoints on the wiki to double check, and my achievement list is showing 91/93.

91/93/ . Map 87 + 4 hideout lab, best and mines. Where are the other 2? | |

Having the same problem as well, maybe it's because of Act 5 areas that are replaced?
I'm talking about Oriath Square and The Templar Courts. These areas do have a waypoint but they are getting replaced after killing Avarius. Anyone NOT stuck in 91/93? | |

I've done this Achievment before Act 5 was added but my three wisdom scrolls are on Aelryon point. Probably those 2 Waypoint that are disabled and so, not tracked for the Achievment.

exactly the same problem. have all waypoints when i check it at a waypoint. but still missing 2
