Winter Orb Elementalist (WIP) Need help

Ello folks. So I've liked the skill winter orb since it was revealed and wanted to use it, I also very much enjoyed the BF Elementalist build I did last league made by SOMAYD so I came to the idea to try and smash the two togeather in a way. I've created this WIP build with the help of a good friend SharkBait with is quite good in PoE but it is more or less an untested WIP build that I will devote my time to try and make viable as much as possible. To that cause I will be sharing the core build pastebin link here and hope some of you will check it out and give advice in how it could be improved. Just keep in mind that this is a version 1, basic build, so there is gonna be changes and the like. Thanks in advance for any help and toughts you share.
