Syndicate stopped spawning in maps

Okay now Zana has not reset the sales charts either, it's like she's like the syndicate, without updating. Could you check?

Well in my case it was because I had 4 safehouses that I had evolved and had to go through them (by Jun) to kill the captains. I hope you are the same.

same here..i guess if theres no patch fix for these il just make another character lol

It does seem to be linked to level... I can't seem to get syndicate to spawn in lower level maps.
So it might be your chars level is too high to get them to spawn in the maps you are trying to run.

My problem is I can't seem to get RIN to be in my line up... I have been exiling members left and right and still no Rin.... I can't complete my challenges with out Rin.
(I have even made multiple new chars)
