Syndicate stopped spawning in maps

Its been about 100 maps and not syndicate are spawning. I checked Jun in my hideout and already did all the safehouses. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I have the same Problem. I finished all the Safehouses and no syndicates spawn in Maps. | |

Not showing up in maps for me either. I have uncovered the 4 underlings under the head honcho, but 0 syndicate activity since killing Kitava. About 30 maps done now.

Same havent found any syndicate members, it feels very empty.. :(

Run all 4 safehouses at once?
They only give you 3 Jail Slots. After running a safehouse, you only have one option which is interrogate. Run all 4, and there is no room. Apparently it breaks it. I've been running for hours trying to find them again. This is ridiculous. | |

Same problem here. Killed Kitava. Then runned 3 safehouses and there is no spawn of single syndicate encounter in maps or act areas. Plz fix asap GGG.
