necro/spellcaster?

Hello!
As the title says, I am very curious about playing as a necro/spellcaster.
I have been looking around at different builds all over the forums, but none have stuck to me.
Yes, I am new to the game, and thats why I decided to come here, to ask for help.

So I was wondering, if anyone had any tips for me, or know of a build that would be suitable for me?
I prefer casting my own spells, and not having orbs casted that does the damage for me. I also like having zombies/minions that does damage!

Any tips or links for that, would be great, and would make me very grateful!

PS, no English is not my main language.
