Steam and Wrong POE Account Linked

I've searched a bit online and it all points to sending an email for help to support@grindinggear.com, which I have, but I haven't gotten a confirmation or notification my emails have been received.

Is there a way to track help requests or do I sit patiently and wait?

In short, my Steam POE account is a different POE account than my first account before Steam took over. I'm trying to change the Steam POE to my old POE account.
