3.5.0 Will you still be able to get veiled mods in a private league with "white items only" enabled?

Title says most of it, Im just wondering if that league modifier disables veiled mods as well, or if bosses will still drop veiled rares somehow.

I don't think you will be able to find veiled items except uniques with that mod which is kind of a bummer.
