im really going to miss Elreon's rings and amulets for low level characters were damage isnt high enuf for leech to sustain them.
this is assuming they dont give us some other way to get items with the old signature mods. |

Master crafting has not been removed, simply changed where you no longer need X Master at Y level to acquire Z modifier.
Signature modifiers are left completely unmentioned, so I would assume they are being reworked into different modifiers that are acquired based on un-lockable content (this is mentioned in the trailer). Perhaps each Forsaken Master is a possible encounter that can be looted, and when you clear their instance and open their chest, you will be able to use their signature mod in crafting. Imagine, Elreon's signature modifier being a mod you add instead of a mod you build around with lucky augments/regals/exalts. If this is not the case, then they could always include the signature mods as renamed modifiers for Delve encounters or Incursion rooms. If that doesn't satisfy you, then there's always Divination cards. Bring back race seasons.
