High Ping to Australian Gateway

I normally get under 30ms to the Aust gateway but recently it has been sitting at around 160-170 and I actually get lower ping to the US gateway. I am not a technical person and hope somebody can tell me what the issue might be from the tracert's below and if I should be contacting my ISP or is this a GGG issue.

Looks like something to do with the 5th hop. what is it ?

I'm with AussieBB too and getting the same abnormally high latency. Started a day or two ago.
