unable to patch

Hello,
When I try to patch the game, he try to download 10 time the amount indicated (he indicate 5mo patch then try to dowload 40) then give me this message of error :

"Connection failure

Downloaded file "Data\Thai\mods.dat" has the wrong hash "

And when i close this error message, the launcher cloas too

I try running it as administrator but for nothing

I am on win10 and not play by steam and it's my first bug
