Starting a new character

I'm 96 and bored. If I start a new character does all the mine stuff transfer? Like 360 delve like my 14 fuses?

If it will be in the same league, you'll have the same mine (you can just go horizontally and then down, if you want to do your mine 'separately'); your limits in the Delve tab (H) and stash are shared among characters.
