Linking old account with new one?

I found this account on my phone Web auto-fill feature but I'd there a way to merge it with my current Poe account? I'm not 100 percent sure I have access to this email address.

Personally i don't think they offer the service BUT even if they did there would be security questions asked Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
