Latency issues in AU server

Hi there,

I have been experiencing latency issues in AU gateway since yesterday. No spikes or lags, just constant 200ms when I normally get <20ms. Just started yesterday morning, no changes to settings. No issues with other games or internet connection. Ping test to au.login.pathofexile.com shows average 200ms. Ran a WinMTR test which shows 200ms to the network layers. <15ms to my ISP. Wondering if this could be due to re-routing to other servers? My ping to other gateways are at their normal values.

Any help is appreciated!

Much the same.
routing looks fine, there is the possibility that the 5th hop is routed elsewhere but considering the hop after it is in AU i wouldn't think so.

At any rate the problem looks to be occurring between these two hops

No response from host - 100 | 104 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| ae6.dar01.mel01.networklayer.com - 0 | 517 | 517 | 202 | 202 | 250 | 203 |

You can email support and ask if they can do a reverse trace, if it is their network host, then they can get that fixed, if it is the no response hop...even if it isn't GGG they can contact the people who operate it and notify them of the problem (the operators of the hop might not do anything though)

Thanks for your input. I have sent an email to GGG support when I posted this, still waiting for a reply. Problem still persisting and I cannot figure out the issue.
Here is the trace in the other direction: https://pastebin.com/BseHDkPq

Our provider says:
"
From the information that you have provided us this issue is outside of our network and you would need to contact either Telstra or aussiebb.net in order to get this resolved.

Having the exact same issue today it seems, are you with AussieBB or Tstra?

I logged a ticket with ABB today on this.

Others on the same ISP are having issues as well, and about 20 minutes ago ABB rep responded that the "network team was investigating"
