Bubonic trail questions

Hi,
Need to understand about Bubonic trail's 10% increased damage for each type of abyss jewel affecting you. Does that mean any abyss jewel including jewel socket from passive tree? If abyss jewel is ghastly minion, that means also boost them 10% damage? Last bumped on Oct 6, 2018, 12:14:48 AM

each type, there are 4 types, max 40% increased damage if you have searching + murderous + spell caster + minion and yes it should work with any jewel socketed anywhere. You can test it equipping white jewels after you scour them.

" Yes, but all jewels can roll some amount of useful mods such as life or es in addition to resists. Bunonic is a bit overrated and mostly good if you can scale a lot of flat damage/attack speed on crit on attack builds. The modifier from Bubonic Trail only applies to your own damage, it will not increase the damage dealt by your minions. The only modifiers that apply to minions are those that explicitly mention "minions" (or "allies"), and support gems linked to the minion summoning skill.
The modifiers on the jewels don't matter, as long as you have jewels of different types (Murderous, Hypnotic, Searching, Ghastly) you will get a 10% increased damage for each type.
