That's a fast single-day 16 challenges.

16 challenges is hour a day play in relax mode (/played shows 2 hours average but I have a habit of leaving the game launched while doing my business a lot). I had 10 when I've done story. Compared to 8-10 hours I've played in better leagues it is absolutely nothing.
Organic chemistry is a weird thing. If you add a spoon of shit to a barrel of jam you'll get a barrel of shit.

It's okay, dude. You can just admit you exaggerated and played more than one day of the league. Don't double-down on obvious bullshit. LOL.

Nope. It is barely more than a day of gameplay.

Thx GGG for the wonderfull retention plan, I was able to stretch my ability to retain my urges to pee like never before!!!

Thx GGG!
Thx Delve!
Thx little cart!

Life goes by like a fart in the wind.
posting in a pointless thread
Only losing more than 30% of the people after 3 weeks in a temp league is nothing but amazing numbers. In fact it has to be one of the stronger player retention numbers for most games?
This thread is funny because it's posted ironically but it's actually true unironically. Player retention seems great this league.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

Okay, time for a reality check.

First, Incursion had the worst retention in PoE history. To say that Delve is doing better than Incursion is to say nothing.

Second, even in PoE's terms, "only" 33% dropoff after 3 weeks is nothing to write home about. In fact, it's around the same, if not worse, than what Harbinger and Abyss had (check the numbers). The game's retention is in pretty much the same place as it was the same time last year.

Meanwhile, other F2P games have retention curves like this:

If you don't think that GGG are ogling those graphs and salivating with envy, then I don't know what planet you live on.

tl;dr Delve did jack shit for retention, deal with it

Delve has so much more staying power than incursion which felt over after the fourth week.
