What if you could get the effect of the whole passive tree?

There could be a unique item which grants the effect of the whole passive tree. It is not so hard to balance because keystones rule out each other.
It would only be good for fire damage totems. Of course we have to exclude one keystone to make it viable, either blood magic, or CI. The unique item could have 1-3 random keystone(s) it excludes from which 1 is BM or CI guaranteed. Last bumped on Sep 24, 2018, 1:58:27 PM

there would have to be a MASSIVE drawback on this item.
Just look at the defensives you would get -- How much all resist is on the tree How much Life % is on the tree All the increased evasion+ES The raw life you would get just from EVERY SINGLE STR NODE???? You know that helm that says 'cannot wear chest armor'? Your item (amulet slot) would say "cannot wear chest armor, gloves, boots, belts, rings, helms. You can't deal damage yourself.
You can't evade. You can't deal non-fire damage and have EE. You can't have ES (on your life). You can't leech on your effective life pool and can't regenerate life. But, on the plus side, you deal ludicrous damage and you have 30K life. That you have to regenerate by drinking flasks exclusively, but since there is ONE flask that regenerate all your life... Yeah... It's busted. Bad idea. | |

That will end great. Use one skill that has a non-zero cost and see how GGG handles rounding :) | |
