is it possible for rangedtotem to get virulence with frenzy+lesser poison?+gmp

i was trying this for a week with poison first then i read somewhere in the forum that poison doesnt have flat chaos needed and so replaced it with lesser poison which has flat chaos. but still, the scorpion is too shy to spawn not even once. so right now, im just trying scourge-cwc-ed/arc and im ok with it,scorpion is alive,still leveling though, but if ranged totem gets to stack the virulence, im gonna switch back. oh and frenzy with the totem doesn't give me the frenzies. 0 charges. i think im missing a mechanic here or is it a bug?

totems can't/don't get offensive buffs.(ex: charges - they can only get end. charges but not frenzy or power charges)

for the totem to have virulence, it needs to buff itself with the herald first.

i knew it, i am missing a mechanic. thanks a lot kreca73. ill just have the agony on me self then.
